Property
Coverage: covers buildings, business personal property, and
property of others in and around the insured's premises.
General
Liability Coverage: covers the insured should someone become
injured on their property or should the insured be found negligent
while working.
Automobile
Coverage: covers the insured for negligent liability caused
by the operation of a motor vehicle owned by the insured's business.
Inland
Marine Coverage: additional coverage that covers specified
business personal property listed in a schedule.
Crime
Coverage: covers loss of property through criminal activity
such as employee dishonesty, robbery, burglary, computer fraud,
forgery, etc.
Worker's
Compensation Coverage: covers employees of a business for
injuries or diseases that occur during the course and scope of
their employment.
Umbrella
Coverage: a 'top' layer of liability coverage that broadens
limits of coverage for automobile, general liability, and worker's
compensation coverage already in place.
Business
Owners Package Policy: provides property and liability coverage
in one policy for small businesses; commonly called a BOP.
Commercial
Package Policy: similar to a Business Owners' Package Policy,
but for medium or large businesses; commonly called a CPP.
Bonds:
Fidelity and Surety Bonds, such as Probate bonds (executors, administrators,
etc.), Notary Bonds, Performance and Bid bonds, ERISA bonds, and
other similar bonds.
