Joe has lived in Bristol for more than thirty years. He received his education from Carson Newman College, East Tennessee State University, and The School of Bank Management. He has been engaged in the business of insurance and financial services since 1968. Joe's principle focus is on helping people with their financial planning and insurance needs. Joe maintains a high profile in the community through his community service and church activities.

Mark heads up the outside Sales for the agency, with a primary focus on property and casualty products and a secondary focus on group health and life programs.

Pam graduated from Bluff City High School, then graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Dental Hygiene in Memphis, Tennessee. Pam worked as a hygienist for 27 years before joining the agency in January, 2003 where she currently works in claims administration. Pam also administers the agency's licensing compliance program.

Shawn graduated from Bristol Virginia High School and continued his education at Virginia Highlands Community College and Virginia Intermont College. He is employed at Kerr-Boswell/Tri-Cities as the Director of Customer Relations and also as a field underwriter in the Property & Casualty division. After his wife, Megan, daughter Abbie, and son Carter, Shawn's next greatest love is automobiles. He has enjoyed buying, building, and selling vehicles throughout his adult life.

Tracey graduated from Tennessee High School and attended the University of Tennessee/Knoxville and ETSU in Johnson City before marrying Steve Hawkins. After enjoying working for 2 local non-profit agencies, Tracey joined Kerr-Boswell in November, 1999. She spent several years in the financial services industry working for community banks and most recently served as the CEO of a credit union in Greensboro, North Carolina. In August, 2006 she and her family decided to move back to the Tri-Cities area in order to be closer to family. Vicki joins Kerr-Boswell as a senior sales associate licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty. Vicki is active in the Bristol Optimist Club, the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and Pleasant View United Methodist Church. Barbara assisted her husband, Harry in operating their own agency before joining Kerr-Boswell/Tri-Cities in July, 2003 when their agency was acquired by Kerr-Boswell/Tri-Cities. Barbara specializes in Long Term Care coverage and is uniquely qualified as she for many years was a registered nurse in the Tri-Cities area as well as being a nursing professor at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee.
